Contribute a little of your consciousness to a living web of knowledge. You get the name of a species to take an interest in randomly allocated from all species. The $100US cost underlines the importance of your species amongst every species in the web of life. It also helps us fund R&D. This initial and core goal of Ecoconnections is that someone takes an interest in every species.

Ecoconnect Indigenous

If you have a totem already allocated you may choose to celebrate it again through this path. Otherwise, we will allocate a species at random from those for which we have an indigenous name. This is not in itself a culturally allocated totem. Ecoconnect Indigenous aims to recognise and celebrate indigenous species names and culture. It also enables people to have a local ecoconnection. Our first cooperation is with the iconic Fitzroy River - Martuwarra and her peoples.

Ecoconnect Choose

Many people have asked can I choose my own species or can we ecoconnect as a group. Ecoconnect Choose enables us to recognise any special connection with a species. It could be an endangered species in your area or the mascot of a sporting team.

Ecoconnect for free (wait list)

Here we provide an opportunity for people to ecoconnect for free. In this way, you can contribute your consciousness to our mission. Many people will not be able to afford the $100US. Your consciousness and goodwill are still important.

You will go on a waiting list and an ecoconnection will be allocated when we find someone to pay for you. You will be an encouragement for larger donors.

The allocation, through Ecoconnect Global, will be at random from all named species. When you do get ecoconnected you will have the name of a species to consider. In this way, you can take the dry science and contribute a little of your consciousness to a living web of knowledge.
